Just a friendly reminder that Term 4 begins on Monday 13th October and we’re excited to welcome everyone back for another great term of learning and community.

We’re also trialling a new canteen service next term - please read the details below to see what’s on offer and how to order.

For those interested in parent help in classrooms, especially in Year 2 and Year 3, please remember that attending a short induction session is essential. These sessions cover safety, reading support, and classroom expectations, and take just 20 minutes. Over 150 parents have already joined!

Induction Sessions in the library:

• Monday 13th @ 8:35am & 2:30pm
• Tuesday 14th, Wednesday, Thursday 16th @ 8:35am
• Tuesday 21st, Wednesday, Thursday 23rd @ 8:35am

Next term, our students will be taking part in the Make A Move Dance Program. Our exciting dance program teaches students the skills to choreograph parts of their own class dance, and links directly to the performing arts and physical education curriculum.

Year 3 is preparing for an exciting art project in Term 4 and we’re seeking donations of 120 glossy magazines to bring it to life!

If you have any magazines to spare, we’d love your help. Donations can be dropped off:

• 📍 Directly to the Year 3 classrooms

Starting Term 4, lunch and recess orders will be available 5 days a week.

• Week 1, Term 4: Orders can be placed through LunchBoxHub on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

• From Week 2 onwards: You can order from the providers listed below on their designated days.

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Starting from Week 2 of Term 4, Healthy Kids Canteen will be open on Mondays and Fridays. Orders can be placed through QuickCliq - if you don't yet have an account, please refer to the setup instructions below.

Our goal is to help revive the Holy Rosary canteen community and provide our children with meals that are not only homemade but also made with heart. The canteen is more than just a place to get food - it's a space for connection, care, and community. We're truly honoured to be part of the special spirit that makes Holy Rosary such a wonderful place.

We’ll be trialling the menu below and would love your feedback to help us best support you and your children. On Mondays and Fridays, you’ll be able to order both recess and lunch from our regular menu. Plus, we’re excited to offer Friday fun specials and Monday additions like sushi and Buddha bowls.

To make things simple, we’ve introduced meal deals, though all items can still be ordered individually.

Please see the instructions below to set up a QuickCliq account, which will allow you to place orders from the Healthy Kids Canteen starting in Term 4. Parents who have used QuickCliq in the past may still be able to login to their old account.

Once you have activated your account, follow these simple steps to get started.

1. Click here to log in to QuickCliq using your new email address and password
2. Click "ADD STUDENT". Ensure you complete all of your child’s details before clicking "NEXT"
3. Click "ADD CREDIT" to add credit to your online wallet before ordering or pay as you go using a credit or debit card
4. Click "MEAL ORDER" to add a meal order, or click the "UNIFORMS" menu to place a uniform order.

How to place a meal order
1. Select a Child
2. Select a Date
3. Select Meals you would like to order for your child and add them to cart
4. Confirm the Order and click "PAY & PLACE ORDER".

Once you have confirmed and paid for the order, you will receive a confirmation email from QuickCliq.
You can also double check your order by clicking either the "ACTIVE / CANCEL ORDERS" tab or the "TRANSACTION HISTORY" button.
