Positivity Project- P2

“No act of kindness, no matter how small, is ever wasted.” - AESOP

This week we will focus on the character strength kindness. Click here for more information.

What it is... Kindness means being generous or helpful to others in need just because you want to- you want nothing in return.

Why it matters... When we are kind to others, we not only make them feel good, but it makes us feel good. More good news... acts of kindness towards others spreads kindness! When we are kind to someone, research shows that this leads to that person being kind to someone else! Let's spread lots of kindness this week.
