Baldwin Tradition Recognizes the Gift That Keeps on Giving

Steele Elementary School’s kindergarten classes recently participated in the Glow Challenge, an innovative and interactive learning experience that combined English Language Arts (ELA) and math activities in a vibrant, neon-lit environment. Organized by elementary math coach Ms. Miguelina Ortiz, students collaborated with their partners to complete a variety of tasks designed to promote teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. As fluorescent lights and neon numbers brightened the space, students tackled the challenges, exchanged ideas, and supported one another throughout the illuminating learning experience, demonstrating that learning can be both meaningful and fun.
