🚗 Arrival and Dismissal Procedures
We prioritize the safety of every student during arrival and dismissal. Please follow these guidelines carefully:
Rolling Drop-off and Pick-up (Front of the Building)
Use the front drive-through loop for all drop-offs and pick-ups.
Pull all the way forward to where adults in safety vests are stationed. They will assist with car doors.
Do not drop off your child anywhere else (e.g., near the forest or on the sidewalk).
Kindergarten Families
If driving, please park and walk your child to the Kindergarten Corral located in front of the school.
Buses will drop off/pick up at the bus loop on the east side of the school.
Kindergarten students will be escorted by adults to the Kinder Corral
Morning Line-Up
All students line up in the undercover area each morning.
There will be clearly marked safety cones and signs for each teacher’s class.
Bell Times & Late Arrival
First bell rings at 9:10 AM. Gates by the bus loop will be locked at this time.
Final bell rings at 9:15 AM. All students must be in their classrooms by then.
If arriving after 9:10, please bring your child to the front office to be signed in by an adult.
Safety Reminders
Do not drop off or pick up your child in the bus lane, next to the playground fence, or in the fire lane.
Students who walk to school should enter from 174th Street and proceed along the sidewalk to the undercover area.
Walking parents: Please avoid blocking gates or standing near buses, as this limits visibility and can cause delays. If you'd like to chat with other families, we kindly ask you to move to the library area by the large rocks.
🧾 Class Placement
Student class placements will be available for viewing on ParentVue beginning the afternoon of Thursday, August 22.
Please be sure to activate your ParentVue account before this date so you’re ready to view your child’s placement when it becomes available.
We are proud to be a school that values safety, kindness, and a strong sense of community. I look forward to another incredible year together getting to know our new students and reconnecting with our returning families.
Thank you for your continued support. I can’t wait to welcome you back soon!
Warmly,
Celia O’Connor-Weaver

ParentVUE and ParentSquare: What is the difference?
We know the names are similar, but ParentVUE and ParentSquare provide two different important functions for our families. ParentVUE gives families access to important student information. ParentSquare is where families stay connected with all the messages and updates from schools, teachers, and the district.
ParentVUE activation emails were sent to all parents and guardians at the end of July. You can find more information on our ParentVUE website.
