1. Spring Break - this is not virtual break...it is a true break!! Please spend time on yourself, getting the rest and relaxation you deserve and need.
2. April 14th we will be distributing packets to our students. Many of you have said you are happy to volunteer, and we appreciate the help. To volunteer for a shift, please click here.
3. After Spring Break please invite the admin team to Zoom class meetings as you are building community. It is not our intent to disrupt learning. We won't be able to make all of them but, perhaps we can dip in and out to see the sweet faces we miss!
4. Team leaders, please be on the look out for a Zoom meeting invitation to be held Wednesday, April 15th at 10:00 am. Please let us know about any concerns that need to be on the agenda.
5. IEP and 504 meetings will continue. Paula is rescheduling and scheduling them now. You will receive an invitation for meetings. When it is time for the meeting access the invitation, click on the "hangout" link and call the telephone number - you will then be prompted to enter a pin number. Parents will also be given this same process. This is in effort for home and personal cell numbers remain private and multiple callers use the line. If you are still concerned, you may dial *67 to block your number before dialing the conference call number.
6. Yearbooks: The print shop we use for the yearbook is closed. We will not be printing a yearbook. We will be refunding all payments for yearbooks and field trips. This process will be communicated when we have a solid plan.
7. All staff, please review your emails from Central Services. Pay close attention to the email regarding 'leave'. If you have any questions, please let me know. This applies to certified and non-certified staff.
8. Support Staff Evaluation will be completed once we return from Spring Break. Teachers with support staff will receive an email with further instructions.
9. Staff Support Letters of Intent will be sent once we return from Spring Break. Please check your email for that letter.
10. Certified Staff contracts will be sent April 27th. The return date is May 11. They are working on a way to have everything submitted online. As a reminder, local districts have decided not to allow teachers to switch districts after MAY 11, 2020. If this changes, we will let you know. Schools with vacancies are still interviewing (virtually) during this time. If you have decided to try to transfer, the final date is May 11th. All other moves AFTER May 11 will be made from Central Services.
