✨ Finals Attendance Expectations ✨
Semester 2 finals will take place May 18–21. During finals week, all students are expected to remain in class for the entire testing period.
To minimize disruptions, office staff and administration will not interrupt classes to release students during exams. If you need to pick up your student, please plan to do so during passing periods—not during class time. Students will not be released early, even if they finish their exam. This helps ensure all students have a quiet, focused testing environment.
Any absences during finals must be pre-arranged. Pre-arranged absence forms are available at the attendance window. Please note that teachers may not be able to offer finals outside of the scheduled window without an approved pre-arranged absence.
If a final is missed due to an absence, it will be recorded as missing. An opportunity to make up the final may be arranged at a later time, potentially in the fall.
Thank you for your support in helping students finish the school year strong.
