South Brunswick’s commitment to inspiring young scientists took center stage at this month’s New Jersey Science Convention, where the district’s innovative work in elementary science was proudly highlighted. Jennifer Greco, Ed.D., K–5 Supervisor of Math & Science, and Brielle Morgan, fifth-grade teacher at Greenbrook School, each presented dynamic sessions that showcased the district’s Curriculum work.

Ms. Morgan led a session on using core science ideas to motivate and empower students as curious learners, demonstrating how South Brunswick classrooms bring science to life.
Meanwhile, Dr. Greco presented on building a teacher leadership team to develop tomorrow’s innovators, emphasizing the district’s collaborative approach to professional growth and innovation.

South Brunswick School District proudly celebrates Jai Patel, Class of 2022, who is making headlines as Rutgers University’s record-breaking kicker!

Now in his third season with the Scarlet Knights, Jai is on the verge of becoming one of the greatest kickers in Rutgers history. His determination, discipline, and drive truly reflect the heart of a Viking.

Winter 2025–2026 Sports Physicals & Form Submission Information

Winter sports physical forms for the 2025–2026

athletic season will be accepted from

September 10 through October 24, 2025 for grades 6-12.

Important Reminders:

• Parent/guardian signatures on the sports forms must be dated on or after September 10, 2025.

• Forms signed before this date will not be accepted.

• All student-athletes must have a completed and approved physical on file before tryouts begin in December to be eligible to participate.

Where to Submit Forms:

• 6th, 7th, & 8th Graders: Nurses Office

• 9th & 10th Grade: Annex Nurses Office

• 11th & 12th Grade: Main Nurses Office

• Be sure to submit your completed forms to the nurse’s office or place them in the drop box located outside the main entrance of each school.
