June Family Newsletter
Dear CCES Families,
As another school year comes to a close, we want to take a moment to reflect on all that we have accomplished together and to express our heartfelt appreciation for your support throughout the year.
This year has been filled with learning, growth, laughter, and memorable experiences. We have watched students challenge themselves, build new friendships, develop confidence, and achieve goals both big and small. It has been a joy to see their progress and celebrate their successes along the way.
To our students: Thank you for bringing your energy, curiosity, and unique personalities to CCES each day. You are the reason our school is such a special place, and we are incredibly proud of all that you have accomplished this year.
To our families: Thank you for your partnership, encouragement, and trust. Your support at home and involvement in our school community make a tremendous difference, and we are grateful for the many ways you contribute to the success of our students.
To our teachers and staff: Thank you for the care, dedication, and commitment you show every day. Your hard work helps create a school where students feel welcomed, supported, and inspired to learn.
As summer begins, we hope you take time to relax, make lasting memories, and enjoy time with family and friends. Whether your adventures take you near or far, we hope the months ahead are filled with fun, laughter, and opportunities to recharge.
Thank you for being such an important part of the CCES community. We wish you a safe and wonderful summer and look forward to seeing everyone back in the fall for another great year together.
Warmly,
Mr. Glynn and Mrs. Evans

Student Council
CCES Families! A huge thank you goes out to everyone for supporting our student council this school year. The water bottle drive was a huge success, as well as the theme weeks we planned throughout the year. Have a great summer and I look forward to working with a new group of students next year!

2026-2027 Classroom Teacher Assignments
As we begin planning for the upcoming school year, we wanted to let families know that classroom teacher assignments for all students in PreK–5 will be shared in early August. We currently have a few moving parts still being finalized, and we want to ensure that class placements are thoughtfully completed before information is released. All grade levels, PreK through 5, will receive teacher assignments at the same time. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to create the best possible learning environments for our students.

PAWS Parade
What is a PAWS Parade?
Our PAWS Parade is a special celebration where students, staff, and parents line the hallways to cheer for students who have earned a PAWS Award for being Safe, Respectful, and Responsible. Students can be recognized by their classroom teacher, allied arts teachers, and *new this year* their principals! It’s a joyful way to honor positive choices and encourage our whole school community to live by our PAWS expectations.

This year, our district-wide theme is Growing Purposeful Partnerships. Partnerships exist all throughout a district. Whether it's between schools and families, teachers and students, staff and community members, and among colleagues working together. Each of these relationships play an important role in creating the strong foundation our students need to thrive. As a district, we are committed to making these partnerships intentional and meaningful, ensuring that every connection supports the growth, success, and well-being of our students. We are excited to focus on this purposeful work together throughout the year.
