The top 30 teachers have officially been named from the original list of 128 β€” and we’re proud to share that Isaiah Pritzl made the cut! He graduated from Eagan HS and returned to teach at EHS!

Isaiah Pritzl has been an English teacher at EHS since 2021. Throughout his time here, he has made a lasting impact on countless students, not only through his excellent teaching but also through the strong, meaningful relationships he builds in his classroom.

In addition to teaching, Isaiah serves as both a Link Leader and Black Student Union leader, continuing to support and guide students beyond academics. He is a BARR teacher for grade 9 English. Isaiah has also been an athletic coach at EHS and serves as a mentor for the teachers of color program.

We are incredibly excited to see Isaiah recognized as one of the Top 30 Teachers in Minnesota. Congratulations, Isaiah β€” this honor is well deserved!

Students and parents should plan to visit college/university campuses on non-school days or outside of school hours. If this is not possible and students will be absent three or more school days, a Pre-Planned Authorization Form must be filled out, signed and authorized prior to the absence. If this process is followed, the absence will be verified. Forms are available in the attendance office.

Attendance Reminder:

Students absent 3 or more days for a pre-planned absence should complete the β€œPre-Planned Authorization” form.

The forms are located in the EHS Attendance Office.

  1. The form should be completed and submitted prior to the planned absence. We recommend at least one week or more in advance.
  2. The student is responsible for arranging make-up assignments with all teachers before the absence to receive credit for the work.
  3. Vacation absences beyond 5 days will be marked as unexcused. These absences will count in the excessive absence policy.
