School Learning Environment Survey
for Students
March 19th & March 20th
This week, students will be participating in the West Virginia School Learning Environment Student Survey during school on Thursday or Friday.
This online survey allows students to share feedback about their school experience. The information gathered helps schools and the state better understand student perspectives and make improvements to ensure schools remain positive, supportive places for students to learn and teachers to work.
The survey takes approximately 30 minutes to complete and is anonymous. Students will not be asked to provide their names, and individual responses will not be identified in any reports. Participation is also voluntary, and students may skip questions or stop at any time.
Below you will find the Passive Consent Form.
You only need to return the form if you DO NOT want your child to participate in the survey.
If you do not want your child to participate, please sign the form and return it to the school before Thursday.
If you have any questions about the survey, please feel free to contact Dr. Ematrudo at (304) 754-3171.
Thank you for your continued support!
