Leadership Announcement
Brandon Goodrich, Co-Principal of The Creeks

Dear MESD Community,
The Multnomah Education Service District is pleased to announce that Brandon Goodrich will return to MESD as Co-Principal at The Creeks effective August 10.
Brandon brings more than 16 years of experience in teaching, special education, instructional leadership, and school administration.
Brandon currently serves as Principal at the Levi Anderson Learning Center at NWRESD, where he leads master scheduling, oversees LTCT grant implementation, and supports the development of an Equity Leadership Team. Prior to that role, he served as Assistant Principal for Arata Creek and Burlingame Creek Schools at MESD, providing staff and student supervision, guiding curricular development, and facilitating professional learning and instructional leadership teams.
Brandon began his career as a general education teacher and later served for nearly a decade as a Special Educator at Mill Park Elementary School in David Douglas School District. His background includes deep experience in case management, differentiated instruction, staff coaching, and collaborative problem‑solving. Across all roles, he has demonstrated a strong commitment to equity, culturally responsive practices, and creating supportive learning environments for students with diverse needs.
Brandon holds advanced degrees in School Administration (George Fox University), Special Education (Portland State University), and Teaching (Pacific University), along with a Bachelor of Science from the University of New Orleans. His professional skill set includes staff supervision and evaluation, strategic planning, curriculum design, student support systems, budget management, community engagement, and restorative practices.
Outside of work, Brandon enjoys spending time with his family—whether traveling near or far, sharing long meals, hiking, camping, or watching movies—and he finds joy in music, reading, skateboarding, and being in nature. He is also an enthusiastic dog and cat person who appreciates sunshine, swimming, and the sounds of birds.
We are excited to welcome Brandon into this new role. His experience across multiple settings, his collaborative leadership style, and his commitment to student success will be invaluable as he steps into co‑leadership at The Creeks.
Please join us in welcoming Brandon Goodrich to MESD.
Sincerely,
Dr. Angela Hubbs,
Chief Academic Officer
