Where Little Panther Cubs Begin BIG Journeys
From the Principal
Dear Luce Road Families,
What an incredible start to the school year at Luce Road ECLC! After two exciting weeks of Panther Cub Adventure Camp, our Pre-K students are ready for Reveal Day and learned who their teachers and classmates will be. Our kindergarten students are also wrapping up their first week in their permanent classrooms.
Our Panther Cubs are already showing us just how much they have learned! They know what is expected when they come to school, and now they are practicing these routines with their teachers every single day.
Each day our Cubs are growing in confidence and independence, and they are showing us what it means to ROAR with pride in every part of Luce Road. Whether in the classroom, the hallway, the playground, or the cafeteria, our Cubs are leading the way by living out our expectations: Respect Others, Act Responsibly, and Be Safe.
Both Adventure Camp were filled with opportunities for our Panther Cubs to “take chances, make mistakes, and get messy!” Each day, they gained independence and learned how we do school at Luce Road. Whether walking proudly in line, staying safe on the playground, showing kindness and respect to friends, or acting responsibly in the classroom, our Panther Cubs are becoming leaders in their own learning.
We are incredibly proud of the energy, joy, and effort our students have shown. Thank you to our amazing families for your continued support and to our dedicated teaching team for creating safe, caring, and adventurous classrooms where every Panther Cub can thrive.
This is only the beginning! The year ahead will be filled with curiosity, discovery, and growth. Together, we will make it a year to remember.
Always remember, Luce Road is the place:
Where Little Panther Cubs Begin BIG Journeys!
Warm regards,
Dr. Ernest Conerly

Transportation Changes
Please communicate directly with the school main office about changes to your Childs transportation home. Staff will change a Childs transportation plans on the direction of a student. Also if you change to PICK UP and normally they ride the bus - please park and come to the pick up line with your ID. As the staff might not know you or you don't have your orange pick up tag.

Please make sure you are calling the school by 1:00 p.m. to make changes to your students transportation routine, whether its a new person picking them up, switching between the CarLine and the Walk up Line, After Care and Bus. Please make sure your student has the right tag on their backpacks: Letter BUS TAG, Orange WalkUp tag, Yellow Aftercare Tag, Purple DollarRide Tag or GREEN CarLine Tag. Let the office know if we have tag your student wrong.
