Halloween/Fall Party

More information will come for Halloween/Fall Party day, but I wanted to put this on your radar since students are thinking about costumes.

The students may not wear masks or scary costumes. We will not allow any costumes with guns, blood, swords, knives or other weapons. Students should also not have any accessories with their costume. Thank you for your help in making this a fun and exciting day for our students.

Sports Physicals vs Child Health Examination

The Certificate of Child Health Examination is a complete exam with immunizations, this will also contain a clearance for Sports. This type of exam is required for all PK, Kindergarten and Sixth grade students, per the State of Illinois Board of Education.

The Pre-participation Examination/sports physical has a greater focus on Musculoskeletal, heart and lungs, no immunizations required. This type of exam is for Sports Clearance Only, and is designated for students participating in sports during their 5th, 7th, and 8th grades.
