PQ Tuesday Newsday
November 25, 2025
Principal Message
Dear PQ Families,
Hope you are all ready for a restful and joyful Thanksgiving break. We have so much to be thankful for here at PQ and within the North Salem community.
Last week’s Multicultural Celebration Week was a true testament to what makes North Salem such a special place. Our students came together and fully embodied what it means to be part of a strong, caring community. They learned about cultures from around the world, celebrated our differences, and expressed gratitude for all that we share.
A huge shout-out to the Walters family for stepping in and helping organize an amazing performance by STOMP. We also extend a huge thank you to Mr. Rivera, PQ’s very talented paraprofessional, who taught our students about Latin music and brought such energy and expertise to the week.
This celebration was a wonderful example of a community coming together. Families, staff, and students alike all joining together to create meaningful and memorable experiences for our children.
As we head into the break, I encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect on all that we have to be thankful for and to enjoy time with family and friends.
Wishing you all a warm and happy Thanksgiving.
With gratitude,
Roy Martin & Dawn Snowdon

Thank You Mr. Rivera!
