Thank You

The entire staff at Trenton High School would like to say thank you to our students and parents for their efforts in navigating the new processes and procedures associated with opening a new campus. We will continue to evaluate and adjust to better serve our students and community, but we could not have asked for a better first week of school.

New Spaces

Students and Staff have been taking advantage of the new spaces throughout the high school. Mrs. Sweet's digital arts and animation classes have been busy in both the art studio and the courtyard. While Coach Williams and his students have been hard at work in the construction lab. We will continue to highlight the new spaces, new technologies, and how they are utilized at THS.

Courtyard

We have received many questions and inquiries regarding the purpose of the opening or "hole" in the front awning. An explanation can be found below, and perhaps we can all be reminded daily through it's presence.

A Window of Possibility

Framed in bold red, the opening in the front awning outside of THS is meant to symbolize the school's commitment to openness, progress and vision. The opening, or window, lets the sunlight stream through, illuminating the path for all those that pass through these doors. Serving as a metaphor, the "window" represents enlightenment, the way education has always pierced through the mundane and shined a light on new knowledge, new perspectives, and new futures.
