We Are Grateful for Our Families! 💛
Dear Parents and Families,
We had a great month of October at Allison with so many community engagement opportunities. We hope you've been able to join us. If you haven't, it's not too late! Last month we had our PIQE family engagement meetings on Thursdays, we started our Family Literacy Mornings every Tuesday, we had Coffee with the Principal, the Fall Harvest Trunk or Treat & Fall Harvest Parade, and concluded it with our PTO Movie Night. We hope you can join us for some or all of these great engaging and meaningful community engagement opportunities. You can find all the information below and in our website. I want to thank you for your commitment to our students and for your support in making Allison a great school for ALL!!

Allison Attendance Focus
We continue to have our attendance goal of 95%. We fell short at 92.68% for the month of October. However, I know with having a short month of November due to the Thanksgiving Break, we can reach the 95% goal this month. Below is the classroom incentive for the two classes with the best attendance for the month of November.
School Site Council - November 5th
Veterans Day Assembly - November 10th
World Kindness Day
PIQE - Family Leadership
Our second PIQE session will be starting on Thursday November 12th, 2026. We will be offering Spanish sessions in the mornings at 8:30-10:00 and English sessions in the evening from 6:00-7:30 PM. These 6 week sessions will focus on the importance of family engagement and the leadership you as a parent can bring to our school and to your child's education. We hope you can take advantage of this great program being offered at Allison!
