I am pleased to announce that Cathy Walradth has been approved as the next principal of Blue River Valley Elementary.Mrs. Walradth is a dedicated educator who has demonstrated a deep commitment to our students, staff, and school community. We are excited for her to step into this leadership role and continue building on the strong foundation at BRV Elementary.
Mrs. Walradth will continue to serve as the Director of Student Services until June 30, 2025, and will officially begin her role as elementary principal on July 1, 2025. This transition allows for continuity and preparation as we move forward.
I also want to take a moment to acknowledge Mrs. Wordinger for her time as principal. Leading a school is no small task, and we appreciate the time and effort she has dedicated to our students, staff, and families. As she prepares to step away from her role, we thank her for her service and wish her all the best in the future.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Connor Conwell has been named Blue River Valley’s new IT Director! A proud BRV graduate, Mr. Conwell has been an integral part of our technology team for the past two years as an IT Assistant. His dedication to maintaining and improving our technology systems has played a key role in supporting students and staff across the district.
Beyond his work in technology, Mr. Conwell is also committed to serving the community as a local firefighter. His passion for helping others, both in and out of the school setting, reflects the values we strive to instill in our students.
