Every Day is a Data Day! Even Today!!
There is not a day that goes by that you are not doing something wonderful and note worthy. Whether its a home visit, phone call, activity, or meeting, it is data worth tracking! In order to build a high impact data driven culture and meet our deadlines, you are required to set aside 30 minutes a day for 5 days a week to input your data. Daily Data Entry is not an option.
November 15-17 / Student Support Plans
Entry Time: 30 minutes before or after school every day
Materials Needed: Student Support Plans
Target Data: Only complete the synopsis, student goal, and risk factors, assets and strengths.Progress Monitoring: Our Director of Evaluation will run data input reports each night at 6pm.
November 17-18 / Tiered Activities
Entry Time: 30 minutes before or after school every day
Materials Needed: Activity Log, Sign In Sheets
Target Data: Only input your activities for which you have a sign in sheet. Create the activity and upload only your sign in sheets. *We will set aside time to input students later when the batch upload feature is available (after Nov. 28th)Progress Monitoring: Our Director of Evaluation will run data input reports each night at 6pm.
Nov. 29 - Dec. 2 / ABC Progress Monitoring
Entry Time: 30 minutes before or after school every day
Materials Needed: Attendance, Behavior, Transcripts/Report Cards
Target Data: Only input the ABCs for your caseload students from August to present.Progress Monitoring: Our Director of Evaluation will run data input reports each night at 6pm.
