In an effort to better secure our school and establish routines with our students, the following procedures will again be in place this year.

Designated Hug Zone

Again this year, Pre-K parents will only be able to walk students to class on the first official start day of school.

• PK – Monday, August 17

Any PK parent/guardian that chooses to walk their child to class will be required to submit their government issued photo I.D. to the front office staff to be entered into the Raptor Visitor system.

We understand that sending students off to school can be difficult for parents, and so we truly appreciate your consideration of these procedures which will help us provide a great learning environment for our students.

Please call the office before 3:00 pm if you need to change your student from bus rider to car rider for that day. Thank you!

There are still missing library books from last year. If you’d like to check on your child’s library account, please email or call me. Students will begin checkout the week of August 24 if all of their books are returned.

PTA loves being able to help Oak Grove each year with classroom grants, school equipment, special learning supplies, carnivals and events, etc. This year will be no different!
