*NEW* My School Bucks Online Payment Option for Families (Website & App)
We are excited to introduce a secure, streamlined online payment option for our families. We understand that sending cash or checks to the school with your student for various expenses can be challenging. To provide more flexibility, My School Bucks has been integrated district-wide, allowing parents/guardians to easily pay for items such as:
- parking passes
- PE locks
- events
- transcripts
- Advanced Placement (AP) tests
- lost library fees
and school donations.
Streamlined Payment System for Chico Unified Families!
Beginning with the 2026-2027 school year, My School Bucks will serve as the primary online payment option for field trips, AP testing fees and more. While cash and checks will still be accepted at school sites, if you’re interested in online payment options, we encourage you to create an account today.
My School Bucks is set up and ready to use today for anyone interested!
My School Bucks offers an app (available on the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store).
Getting Started is Easy!
- Visit the My School Bucks Website
- Enter your email address (use the same email associated with your student in Aeries).
- When prompted, select your school district – "California" – "Chico USD."
- Link your CUSD students (Directions are below for how to find your student's ID number).
- You have the option to verify your account for a more secure login experience.
Returning Families: Some parents/guardians may still have an account from before 2019 or from recent bus pass purchases. If so, log in with your existing email. If you have forgotten your password, select the "forgot password" button to reset it.
We look forward to providing this convenient tool to our community. If you have questions, please contact your students’ school office for assistance.
How to Find Your Student's ID Number
Navigate to your Aeries Parent Portal (Aeries Website).
Select the drop-down menu to the left of your student's photo.
Select "Student Info" and then select "Profile"
You will see your student's ID number listed at the top of the screen.
