🌟 Hello Peachtree Ridge High School Senior Families and Students! 🌟

As the first semester draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to our incredible Senior Class! You have absolutely crushed it this semester. Your hard work, dedication, and resilience have been truly inspiring, and we couldn't be prouder of the milestones you've already achieved.

We're now heading into the final few weeks, and we encourage everyone to keep that positive energy and focus going strong! Those finishing touches on your assignments really count. Remember, finals are right around the corner on December 18th and 19th. Let's commit to finishing this semester as powerfully as you started it!

With just one semester remaining in your high school journey (can you believe it?!), this is the perfect time to think about the incredible legacy you are building here at Peachtree Ridge. Take a moment to reflect on the impact you've made, the memories you cherish, and the community you've helped shape. Your contributions are what make PRHS special, and that will be remembered long after you walk across the graduation stage!

December 5th: Senior Ice Cream Treat for those who have paid dues by Dec 2nd.

December 8th: Scholastic Images on Campus (Cap & Gown, Class Ring, Class Jerseys, etc..)

December 18th - 19th: Final Exams

Semester 2

January 31st: Guaranteed Yearbook Purchase Deadline & Senior Dues are due!

February 1: Senior Dues Increase by $25 (Scholastic Image Fee)

🎓 Graduation Tickets: Number of tickets per senior are dependent on the size of the Senior Class and it will announced at the beginning of the 4th Quarter in March. IMPORTANT: Please make sure you pay any outstanding fees in your MPP account to avoid delays on receiving your graduation tickets.

Take care of your Senior Dues (which includes your cap and gown)! Scholastic Images, our cap and gown provider, is placing the Peachtree Ridge order in January, so if you have not already done so, we need you to either pay for a package or reserve one today!

To ensure you receive a Cap & Gown that fits you, you MUST complete one of the following 2 options no later than 11:59pm on Wednesday, December 31st.

Order your Cap & Gown Package now. The fee is at the lowest amount it will be for the remainder of the year, so take advantage and order your cap & gown today! A payment plan is available by ordering online ONLY and choosing the After Pay option at check out.
RESERVE your Cap & Gown Package now, pay LATER. If needed, you can RESERVE your cap & gown now and then come back to pay later.
** This is option is only available on PACKAGE A!
** Please note that while you are reserving your gown, you are NOT reserving the fee amount. Therefore, you will have to pay whatever the current amount is at the time you make payment. (i.e. any additional late fees)
** Choosing this option ensures that you will receive a Cap & Gown that fits you and it will be delivered with the rest of the class IF paid prior to Sunday, March 1st at 11:59pm.
** Late Fees are school specific and some begin on January 1st and the remainder on February 1st.

If you do not complete one of the 2 options, we are not able to guarantee your size, or that a gown will be available for you. All students planning to participate in the Graduation Ceremony must order a Cap & Gown Package.

Pick your package (Reserve To Pay is only available on Package A)
Select Pay Now (there is an option for a payment plan through AfterPay on the next screen) OR Reserve Now & Pay Later

Letter Jacket Orders for any student who has earned a letter!

Bring a $150 deposit to get the order started and proof of your letter (actual award letter patch, certificate, or note from coach/sponsor)!
We’ll custom size you and walk you through the rest!

Class Ring Orders for ALL juniors and seniors!

Bring payment in full for the Mascot Ring Special ($333.90)!
Bring $100 deposit for Ultrium metal or $200 deposit for all other metals!

Don't Miss A Memory! Yearbooks are treasure-troves of memories -- people, events, clothes, trends, and more! PRHS students will cherish their yearbooks for all time. They'll be excited to receive their yearbooks this May, and as they grow older, the value of their yearbooks will grow, too!

We love treating our SENIORS all year long for staying up to date on dues!

🍬 In September, we handed out fun treat bags.
☕ In October, everyone warmed up with cozy hot chocolate.
🍦December 5th - if your dues were paid by Dec 2nd come to the Senior Office in the Commons to get an Ice Cream treat!

All presentations and voiceovers are located in the Counseling Office Google Site under “12th Grade”.
Seniors must bring in a copy of their Social Security Card to be eligible for the HOPE/Zelle Miller Scholarship.
For questions regarding transcript requests, please refer to the Senior Core Curriculum Presentation Voiceover in the Counseling Office Google Site under “12th Grade”.
Senior Information Sheets must be completed and submitted to the counselors at least 2 weeks in advance of the application deadline for required letters of recommendation.
Regularly check your school email for counselor updates.

🎓 Prom 2025 Tickets

Prom is Saturday, March 21st at Gas South
Tickets are sold on GoFan.
Students can purchase 2 tickets under their PRHS ID number.
Guests must be between 14-20 years old.

Peachtree Ridge High School (PRHS) has implemented multiple options for students to recover lost credit:

Credit Recovery via GA Virtual is ONLY available to SENIORS who have failed the course previously.
School Plus is available for All grade levels as well as summer school & other innovative intervention programs. School Plus is a good option for Seniors who need to add an extra class in addition to their regular schedule to stay on track to graduate.

The senior year is a critical year for students and families. We are now half way through the quarter! Please continue to monitor your senior's grades and attendance using the ParentVue App. In ParentVue, you can review student assignments, absences, and tardies.
