We’re pleased to share our attendance data for November, which highlights several positive trends across grade levels. Overall, most grades showed strong attendance, with several improving compared to last year.

Kindergarten led the way with the highest attendance this month, reaching just over 95%, a noticeable increase from November 2024. Third and Second grades also performed well, both remaining above 93%. While a few grades—such as Fourth and Fifth—were slightly below their 2024 levels, they still maintained solid attendance rates around 92–93%.

As a whole, Lincoln’s schoolwide attendance for November 2025 was slightly higher than last year. We appreciate the efforts families make each day to ensure students are present and ready to learn. Consistent attendance truly supports academic success, and we’re grateful for your partnership in keeping our students on track!

If you have any questions or need support with attendance, please reach out—we’re here to help.

Bussing Bussing

Dear Families,

Thank you for your continued support in helping us keep our buses safe and positive for all students. Riding the bus is an extension of the school day, and following expectations helps ensure every child arrives safely.

This year, some of our buses have experienced delays due to behaviors such as standing on seats or excessive noise. These interruptions not only slow down the route but also create safety concerns for students and the driver.

Please take a moment to review the following expectations with your child:

  • Stay seated while the bus is moving.

  • Use a safe, calm voice.

  • Follow the driver’s directions right away.

  • Be kind and use respectful language at all times.

By working together, we can make sure every student enjoys a safe, respectful, and smooth ride to and from school. Thank you for your partnership in reinforcing these expectations at home.

Recess Visitor Reminder Recess Visitor Reminder

We understand that when you see your child playing at recess, you may want to stop and say hello. While this is completely understandable, it does create a safety concern. Our playground staff do not always know which adults are parents, and which are not. When the playground staff have to stop to check, it takes their attention away from supervising students.

If you would like to visit with your child during the school day, we are happy to help set that up. Please stop by the front office to check in.

Thank you for helping us keep all students safe.
