WELCOME BACK from Principal Henderson
Dear Riley Parents, Guardians, and Scholars:
Welcome Back Wildcats,
We are so excited to see your bright faces on Thursday, August 15, 2024. Please make sure you are ready to grow and learn as our motto this school year is Family over Everything. We want to put a strong emphasis on community and family. As you enter Riley, our primary goal is to guide you in the right direction to reach your full potential. Therefore, I hope you are getting the rest you need as we are a few weeks away from the start of the 2024-25 school year.
WE WILL RAISE THE BAR AT RILEY!
I am looking forward to working with you and your student as we work toward an academically and social emotional successful school year. I can promise you the best of myself for your students each and every day. Please do not hesitate to contact me at shenderson2@sbcsc.k12.in.us if you have any questions or concerns during the year.
Our Goals:
1) Get students reading on grade level
2) A 95% attendance rate
3) A 90% graduation rate
We greatly appreciate the value that each and every one of our scholars and families brings to Riley. WE ARE THE PRIDE OF THE SOUTHSIDE! WE ARE #RILEYSTRONG!
Sincerely,
Shawn Henderson
