Important Information re: Parent Drop-Off (Morning) 🚗
Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please review the following morning drop-off reminders to help ensure the safety of all students:
Students should not be left unattended in the parking lot.
All students must be dropped off directly to a staff member.
Our typical arrival window concludes at 8:40 a.m.
If you arrive after 8:40 a.m. and staff have re-entered the building, you must:
Walk your child into the building at Door 1 (Main Entrance) and sign them in.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in keeping our students safe.
Safety Drill Notification 🚨
Dear Parents and Guardians,
The safety of our students and staff is very important to us. One of the ways we stay safe is by practicing safety drills. By doing so, everyone becomes familiar with drill protocols and learns exactly what to do and how to stay safe if there is an emergency situation at school. To support our students and staff, we will be practicing safety drill(s) within the next week. The exact time and date of drills are not provided for security reasons. Please discuss the importance of emergency drills with your child.
Before we practice a drill, we teach students and staff what they need to do. We discuss how the drill will be announced, and we always inform students and staff that it is a drill. We appreciate your cooperation and support as we continue to prioritize the safety and well-being of our students, staff and our school.
If you have any questions about the drills or other safety concerns, please contact our Main Office.
Spreading Sweetness and Kindness!
Over the last few years, Friendship Club has been selling Valentine suckers to raise money for Children's Hospital. This year, students raised $479! Amazing! Thank you to everyone who contributed to and supported this fundraiser; your kindness and generosity are making a difference in the lives of local children and families! 💖

Volunteers are essential to the success of the West Seneca Central School District. You can help our mission by becoming a volunteer today.

The training is completed once. If your family moves from one school to another within the school district, you do not need to re-train.
Birthday/Classroom Celebration Treat Reminder
Dear Families,
We love celebrating student birthdays and special occasions! This is a kind reminder that any birthday or celebration treats brought to school must be store-bought and packaged with ingredient labels clearly visible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to distribute homemade treats. Thank you so much for your understanding and support. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me directly.
Winter Clubs and Activities 😀
Winter clubs and activities are underway! 😊
- All registration links have been turned off at this time.
- If you have questions or concerns about upcoming clubs/activities, please reach out to the listed advisor directly.
Please Note:
- The club flyer is posted below to remind parents of the dates, times, etc. of each club.
- At this time, club advisors have reached out to guardians to let them know if their child is on the attendance list (based on maximum capacity). Unfortunately, due to supervision and spacing, we were not able to accommodate every registration request that came in virtually.
- All clubs and activities, either before or after school, are parent transportation only.
- We will have a few additional spring clubs that will run later in the year as well. Stay tuned!
We are excited for the many continued offerings this school year and look forward to seeing students explore new interests, develop skills, and have fun with their peers!
