A Word from your Principals

A Note About School Safety 💙

Dear Families,

The safety of our students is always our top priority. Thank you for helping us keep arrival, dismissal, and access to our campus safe and efficient each day. Please review these important reminders:

🔒 Closed Campus
Our school is a closed campus. All visitors must ring the doorbell to contact the front office before entering. Please always bring a photo ID when coming to campus. An ID is required to sign in to the building and to sign a student out.

🚗 Morning Drop-Off | 7:30–8:00 AM
Our drop-off lane moves very quickly when everyone follows the same procedures.

Please pull all the way forward. We will hold the crosswalk as cars move forward.
DO NOT drop children off in the parking lot. This creates a serious safety risk.
If you need to get out of your vehicle for any reason—even for just a moment—please park and escort your child to the crosswalk.
Students arriving after 8:00 AM are tardy. Parents/guardians must park, walk their child into the building, and sign them in.

🚙 Afternoon Pick-Up | 2:40–2:50 PM
Teachers and students are all learning to watch for your vehicle so we can get students ready as you approach.

Please pull all the way forward so we can load multiple students at the same time. We will hold the crosswalk while cars are loading to help keep traffic moving safely and efficiently.

Doors will close at 2:50 PM. After 2:50, parents/guardians will need to park, come into the office with a photo ID, and sign their child out.

Thank you for being on time, following our procedures, and helping us keep every child safe. When we all work together, arrival and dismissal can be safe, quick, and smooth for everyone!

Every school day counts! Regular, on-time attendance helps your child stay connected, confident, and successful in the classroom. Please make every effort to have your child at school every day and on time. If your child must be absent, please see the flyer below title "Reporting Student Absences."
