THE BEAR ESSENTIALS

Week of May 5 2025

THE BEARESSENTIALSWeek of May 5 2025

Dear Bear Families,

Senior families...Next week is the last regular week of school for our seniors. The following week is final exams. Please have your conversation with your graduating senior about finishing the year strong. We will be meeting with the senior class on Monday morning to quickly review the events coming up in the next couple weeks (information is available in the Class of 2025 newsletter). We will also be discussing with our graduating seniors the importance of not only finishing the year strong academically, but also making smart and safe decisions. With Prom and other year-end events coming up, we strongly encourage you to have this conversation with your senior as well.

Underclassmen families...There are only five weeks of school left before final exams begin. It is imperative that any underclassman struggling with classes should take action now to change their academic outcome for this semester. Now is the time to make sure all assignments are turned in and to stay focused on academics. This can be challenging as the weather becomes warmer each day and year-end activities begin.

For all of our Bear families...Please keep an eye on the calendar for the reminder of the school year. It is jam-packed with activities. Spring sports are in full swing. Our spring musical began last night and continues this weekend, both Friday and Saturday nights. We also have vocal and instrumental music concerts next week.

Next week we honor our teachers for all of the work they do with our students each day. Thank you to all of our Bear Families who made donations for Teacher Appreciation Week. Your support is appreciated.

Enjoy your weekend and as always, Go Bears!
