We appreciate your cooperation in helping us keep our testing schedule consistent for everyone.
Exam Makeup Day: May 21st
We understand that unexpected situations arise. Similar to the first semester, we have designated May 21st as our official makeup day for students who miss an exam due to an excused absence. Important Steps for Makeups:
Communication is Key: Students must reach out to their teachers directly to schedule a makeup slot.
Attendance Policy: Only students with an excused absence who have communicated with their teacher will be eligible to make up their assessments.
Unexcused Absences: Please be aware that students with unexcused absences, or those who fail to coordinate with their teachers, will not be permitted to make up their exams.
Immunization Clinic
The Clinton County Health Department is pleased to offer an in-school immunization clinic on May 8th during the school day for our incoming seniors who are due for their Meningococcal ACWY vaccine, which is required for school attendance. If you would like your student to participate and receive immunizations, please complete the consent/information forms and return them to the school no later than May 4th.
Real Money. Real World.
Real Money. Real World. (RMRW) is a youth-focused financial literacy program from Ohio State University Extension. It can be used with youth ages 12-18. The curriculum is time-tested and has been highly successful because of the creative community efforts of Extension educators, local school teachers, and community volunteers.
Our 11th graders will be focused on this learning in their Government classes, and have the opportunity to attend this event on May 8th. This will be in the WMS gymnasium.
