Hello, Mustang Families!!! We hope all of our students enjoyed the Color Run last week! Thank you to all of our donors and sponsors for our Color Run fundraiser. With your support, we met our goal and actually raised a total of $52, 854.34! A special thanks to Buffington Homes and Myers & Woods Law for their matching contributions that helped us get to the finish line for our Color Run! We can't wait to share the reveal of our new pod furniture soon!!!

Pod Shirts will be handed out this week to go home!

The family engagement team is working on a Veterans Day slideshow to present during the Veterans Day Assembly on November 14th. This is optional for faculty and student families to participate.

If you choose to participate you can fill out this FORM to give us information about the veteran. Please submit by November 1st.

Veterans Day Assembly (Nov. 14th):

*5th Grade Veteran’s Day Assembly will be in the morning from 7:48-8:30 a.m.

*6th Grade’s assembly will be in the afternoon from 2:04-2:45 p.m.

Opportunity from Cox Communication

Through Oct. 17, support conservation AND local school districts! Students and families can bring their small item recycling to any Arkansas Cox Store (full list below) and you can enter your School District to win an additional $5,000 Cox Charities Education Grant! We partnered with renowned Arkansas artist, Eugene Sargent, who is taking those items and turning it into a E-Sculpture to highlight our Cox Conserves conservation message. He got input by several Springdale students on the concept which he’s building right now, focused around a couple trees that should stand several feet tall overhead when complete—made completely by old E-Recycling turned into Cox Stores.
