Welcome Packet

Hello Pathfinder Families!
We are excited to get the school year going and see all the students back in our school! In our first week we have learned so much! We have learned our community has come back stronger than ever- working together to ensure all our scholars remain safe! We have learned it is a bit scary to be around so many people and we all understand the urgency to keep ourselves, each other, and our families safe! This year we are focused on providing a high-quality instruction and creating the learning conditions for our students to thrive! We are focused on a culture of care and building safe and healthy environments for mental, emotional, and physical well-being. And we are focused on responsiveness and partnering with students, families, and staff to meet their social, emotional, and educational needs!
This work begins with our Welcome Packet! The Welcome Packet is a series of forms that require your attention. Please complete the forms that are required to be submitted documents and return to Pathfinder. You are welcome to send with your scholar for an in-person return or send via email to pathfinder.attendance@seattleschools.org.
Forms Required to Submit
Complete and return the 504-2 to Identify Disabled Students if applicable.
Complete and return the Title VI Indian Education 506 form (for new students only) if applicable.
Complete and return the Housing Questionnaire - McKinney Vento if applicable.
Kindergarten - Second Folx
- Please complete and return the Fall 2021 iPad Packet if you have not already done so.
Third - Eighth Folx
- Please complete and return the Fall 2021 Laptop Packet if you have not already done so.
Forms Required to be Distributed
- SPS Basic Rules Flyer
- Discrimination Complaint Procedures AND Sexual Harassment and Complaint Procedure
- Vaccines Required Meningococcal and HPV notice
- Naviance college and career planning tool flyer (for grades 6-12)
- Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) is a new document that the District is mandated to inform parents/guardians of any anticipated surveys students may be asked to participate in that include protected areas.
