Staff Newsletter

Week of March 31st
✨Welcome Back ✨
I hope you all had a restful and fun spring break! As we close out our break to get ready for our students, let’s approach this week with the same energy and intentionality as the first week of school.
Take time to revisit expectations, reinforce routines, and rebuild connections with our students. For some, the transition back may be easy. For others, it may take time. Let’s lead with patience, grace, and consistency to help our students find their rhythm again.
BUT most importantly, continue fostering community in your spaces. The way we start this week sets the tone for a strong finish to the year. You’ve done incredible work so far. Let’s keep that momentum going!
