6808 William Tennent Robotics Overcomes Adversity
Last weekend, the William Tennent High School Robotics Team competed in their first qualifying event of the season. The team, which has been meeting since September but their season started on January 10th, strategized, designed, built, and programmed a robot that was unique to the FIRST "Rebuilt" game. The team overcame tremendous adversity. Multiple parts broke on our robot, but our team never quit, and we never missed a match.
To learn more about our team, check out www.centennialsd.org/wtrobotics and explore the "Rebuilt - 2026 How to Play" tab and get ready to join us March 21st and March 22nd as William Tennent hosts our Week 3 qualifier!

WTHS Theater Presents: Mean Girls
You Can’t Sit With Us…Unless You’ve Got Tickets! Mean Girls Hits the WTHS Stage
During the recent CSD board meeting, William Tennent High School students got a chance to give the community a sneak peek of what to expect at their upcoming Mean Girls: High School Version Musical!
Get ready for a night of laughs, drama, and totally fetch musical numbers when William Tennent High School presents Mean Girls: High School Version on March 27 and 28!
Based on the hit movie, the musical follows Cady Heron (played by Madison Picozzi ‘26), a new student navigating the wild social jungle of high school after growing up homeschooled in Africa. When she befriends outcasts Janis (played by Kalena Viera ‘26) and Damian (Michael Betchsner ‘27), they hatch a plan to take down the reigning queen bee, Regina George (Molly Green ‘26), and her clique, The Plastics (Omi Mosquera ‘27 & Nadine Reale ‘27). But as Cady climbs the popularity ladder, she learns that being “mean” comes with consequences.
Packed with high-energy songs, sharp humor, and a heartfelt message about friendship, identity, and being true to yourself, this show is sure to be so fetch. Don’t miss this hilarious and relatable musical brought to life by the talented WTHS cast and crew!

The funds raised will support Feeding School Kids. Additionally, customers can contribute by converting their CHOICE Rewards Points into donations through the GIANT app.
Following our return to school after the winter holidays, we kindly request our school community to spread the word about the Feeding School Kids initiative to ensure its success. Our objective is to provide support to the children in our district who require the most assistance in accessing nutritious meals and snacks.
