Weekly News

This week was very eventful with having Picture Day and Back to School Night in the same week. If you ordered school photos from Bassetti Photo, you should receive them within the month. Our Back To School Night was an excellent turnout and we thank you for your support as we work as a team for our students. We ended the week with an Eagles Day hoping for a WIN on Sunday! Our Fall Clubs will begin next month, so please be sure to fill out the Interest Survey for your child.

The iReady beginning of the year testing window will be open from 9/8-9/18. Once the window has closed, the results of the BOY data will be posted on the Realtime Parent Portal. Further beginning of the year testing will be completed in October as we take September to settle into routines and begin core instruction.

Friendly Reminder: The doors open at Main Road School at 8:12 and parent pickup begins at 2:50 PM! **IF you are picking up your child, you must let the office know by 2 PM**

Parent Pickup Protocol

  • To make parent pickup as smooth as possible, please send in a note, or call/email the school secretary, Mrs. Bilinski, prior to 2:00 PM that day.

  • Parents/guardians must communicate directly with the Main Office to ensure pick up goes as planned and we can be prepared for your arrival with your child ready. Dojo messages to teachers are not always relayed in time, so we do advise you communciate directy with the office through various modes of communication.

  • Dismissal pickup begins at 2:50 so please arrive timely.
