JHS Summer 2026 Update #1

As we prepare for the upcoming school year, we welcome your support in one of the following ways:

• Donate a ream of white 8.5" x 11" paper

• Donate AA or AAA batteries

• Contribute to the Senior Activities Fund, which supports events like the Senior Recognition Program and Senior Fest

Paper and battery donations can be dropped off at the main office Monday through Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. or purchased through Amazon. Donations to the Senior Activities Fund can be made throughout the year. Thank you for supporting our students and staff!

• We are excited to invite all enrolled rising 9th-grade students to participate in the Jordan High School Summer Bridge & Orientation Program, taking place Wednesday, August 12, and Thursday, August 13, from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided each day. Please note that school transportation is not available.
• Students will engage in English and math remediation and acceleration content, STEM activities, and elective offerings. The program also includes a campus orientation to help students become familiar with Jordan High School before the first day of school.
• This program is free of charge and provides an excellent opportunity for students to get a head start on a successful freshman year.
• Please complete the registration form by August 1, to reserve your child's spot.
• Additional program details will be shared in early August.

Parents and caregivers of fall sports athletes are expected to attend the parent meeting on Tuesday, July 28, at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium.
