Dear Nashoba Community,
I hope you had a wonderful long weekend. We had a fantastic start to the school year last week. We could not be more impressed with our amazing students! A shout out to our student ambassadors and dean of students Mr. Kaizer who organized our freshmen orientation program as well as additional support for grade 9 students on their first day of school.
On the first day of school, we shared our expectations for students around attendance, cellphones, good citizenship and technology use in the classroom, including use of AI. Teachers have included common language in course syllabi to help guide students in responsible use.
We continue to monitor student drop off and pick up at the beginning and end of school and may adjust bus line up at the end of the day to allow for a smoother flow of traffic. I will send messaging out to students and families if the bus line up changes.
Juniors who want parking passes look for information to be sent out on September 8th about how to purchase a parking pass.
Fall sports are in full swing! Please check out the athletics schedule for game times. Our first home football game is on Friday, September 12th.
