  1. Learn what confidence means, how it develops, and discover practical ways to strengthen your belief in yourself and your abilities with Confidence in Teens.

  2. If you're looking for ways to develop a more positive self-image, How can I Feel Good About Myself? offers helpful tips for learning to appreciate who you are.

  3. Body Image and Self-Esteem explores how appearance-related pressures can affect the way you see yourself and a healthier relationship with your body.

We have a busy schedule waiting for us after Fall Break, so take some time to recharge! We’ll kick off with a Mini Part Time Job Fair on October 15, host a Non-Profit Fair on October 20, and wrap up the month with multiple Employers of the Day visits.
