Transition Coordinators'

Join your colleagues for a time of sharing ideas, meeting with agency partners, building partnerships, and exploring transition assessments! Each session will begin with guided conversation followed by a time to collaborate, problem-solve, and explore resources! Our network will meet two times in supplement to our transition council meetings.

March 9, 2027- Guest Speaker- Amanda Anderson- Elevatus Training

We will meet at IU 28 from 9 AM- 3PM with a one hour lunch on your own.
