Gunner Burnam's Food Drive

Please help Brooklyn STEM Academy students collect non-perishable food items February 1st-15th to be donated to the Gunner Burnam Food Pantry. Gunner attended Brooklyn as an elementary student before developing cancer that eventually claimed his life. One of his goals in life was to be sure that everyone had food. His legacy continues through this food drive, which was started as his Eagle Scouts project that he was unable to finish. The drive serves many families in need in our community. Please help us contribute to this great cause!

4th

Fourth grade has been learning about input and output with the human body and brain. Input is information we take in, such as hearing a fire alarm. Output is our response to input, such as leaving the building because we heard the fire alarm sound. Our brain helps send out responses through our nerves.
