DC Trip Updates
Chaperone forms are due November 7, 2026. Parents who are interested in chaperoning this trip must submit their forms by this date.
Capital Tours has set December 7, 2026 the registration date. To complete registration, a $300 deposit is due on this date. Please do not send payment to the school. If you no longer have the paper forms, you may register online at www.capitaltours.net.
Chaperones are assigned at an 8:1 ratio. In order to assess how many chaperones we will need, it is important to register your student by the December 7 date.
As stated in the meeting, we try to have one Nurse per bus, so preference is given to RNs, medical, police, fire, and military. Chaperones may be assigned and notified on a rolling basis as enrollment dictates, usually starting in January.
Medical Forms: Please return your medical forms as soon as possible
Our only fundraiser - The DC Dunk - has been approved for Saturday January 9, 2027 at 10:00 AM. It is never too early to start looking for sponsors! Forms are available in the DC Google Classroom.
This is a rain or shine event! Theme is Luau/Jimmy Buffet. The wilder the costume the better! Think bright colors and Hawaiian shirts.
Please email Mr. Johnson or Ms. Cardozo with any questions about the DC trip. Their emails appear below:
