Good afternoon GMSS families,

We had a great move up day on Thursday! I hope that your children shared about it. I know our staff loved meeting their next year kiddos! I also hope our 8th graders found value in their Shadow day! I cannot wait to hear them discuss this in ELA classrooms!

We have a busy last month of school ahead!

Thursday, May 1st -

The 8th Grade Dance will be May 1st, from 6-8. The theme is "A Night in Paris." We look forward to a fun night with our 8th Graders!

Panorama Surveys will be administered over the next two weeks

8th Grade will be on the DC trip and DC experiences here May 6th - 9th

7th Grade will be taking a field trip to COSI May 5th & 6th

6th graders will be taking a field trip to the Caverens May 15th & 16th

We have our spring concert series in Band, Choir and Orchestra! Please see all dates below!

AWARDS NIGHT:

Our annual academic awards night is Monday, May 19th - you ​should have received the invitations​ if your child is eligible for this evening!

Our PTO meetings are the 1st Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. We run our meetings virtually and hope to have many attend!

Our next meeting is May 6th! At this meeting, we will be discussing officers for next year as well as the end of the school year items.
