Leadership
Dear Parent & Guardian Community,
We invite all parents and guardians to join us for our next School Council Meeting on Oct. 20 at 6:45 pm.
The School Council is a wonderful way to stay informed, share your voice, collaborate with school staff, and help shape the educational experiences and activities that enrich our students' lives. Whether you are a regular attendee or brand new to the school, your input and perspective are always welcome!
Exciting Physical Education Update: Introducing Our "Swim Gym" Program!
We are thrilled to share an exciting enhancement to our Physical Education curriculum! Over the past year, our team has been hard at work planning a dynamic new off-site program, and we have officially solidified the gym facilities and certified coaching staff.
Moving forward, we are introducing a Swim Gym Program for students in Grades 1 through 6, operating on an alternating-year schedule:
Gymnastics (Grades 1, 3, and 5): Students in Grades 1, 3, and 5 will have the opportunity to participate in off-site gymnastics classes. These alternative P.E. lessons will take place in a specialized gymnastics facility and will be led by certified gymnastics coaches to help students build balance, strength, and confidence in a safe, fun environment.
Swimming (Grades 2, 4, and 6): Students in Grades 2, 4, and 6 will take part in our off-site swimming program, focusing on essential water safety, stroke development, and physical fitness.
By alternating these activities each year, every student will gain hands-on experience in both gymnastics and swimming during their time in elementary school!
We will also share additional details during our upcoming School Council Meeting, where you will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about this and other upcoming school initiatives.
We look forward to seeing you at the meeting and working together to make this a fantastic school year!
Warm regards,

Pick-up
We kindly ask parents to make pre-arrangements with their children before school if their scheduled pick-up routine will be different. We have seen a significant increase in calls to our main office during the school day to pass messages along to students, which disrupts learning time in the classrooms. Planning ahead helps ensure our school day runs smoothly for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
Thank you for your ongoing support and partnership. Wishing you and your family a cozy, joyful week ahead!
