2. Calendar for the '25-'26 School Year
This is the 2025-2026 DSISD Academic Calendar. I hope this calendar will assist you in planning trips or time out of school during the 2025-2026 school year.
Absenteeism has become a real concern for Dripping Springs HS and our District. Daily attendance is vital to student success in education and socialization. When students are absent, they miss critical learning, time to gain social skills, and opportunities to form relationships with peers and teachers, and it can often cause undue stress and anxiety for kids. Absenteeism also places a tremendous strain on students and teachers as they attempt to make up missed instruction and school work.
Please consider the 2024-2025 school calendar when planning vacations and/or time away from school, and try to align them with the planned school holidays shown on the 2025-2026 DSISD Academic Calendar.
We love having your kids in school every day, so thank you for your partnership in ensuring their success through their attendance at school.
3. Schoolinks Information:
- Students still have access to Schoolinks that includes interest inventories as well as all kinds of information. This is the tool students will use to enter their course selections for the high school. High School counselors will be working with kids this week to begin the course selection process through Schoolinks.
Schoolinks are not just for students! Parents have the opportunity to have your own login and explore College and Career options for your child.
- More information here: Schoolinks Quick Start Guide or Course Guide
