- No juice or colored liquids are allowed in the classroom for snack time. Please send only water.
- Please bring a water bottle daily
Homework
- October homework will be sent home on the 5th. These are some fun activities you can do with your child to practice the concepts we are learning at school. Please cross off the activities as they are completed. On the back there is a reading log where your child can color in an object for each book they read or you read to them. There is also a green fluency practice page where you can start a 1 minute timer and see how many letters or letter sounds your child can name. To be on grade level students at this point in the year should get a minimum of 13 letters in a minute. Students will spend the month completing the activities and reading log. Please complete at your own pace. You can place completed homework in your student’s homework folder and return to school by October 30th. Students who turn in their homework will receive a prize.
