The PHCS Building is full of changes, nearing completion.

We can't wait to WELCOME you all back.

Welcome back to the 2025-2026 School Year! We have been busy this summer, preparing schedules for your return to school. Please take some time over the next few weeks to review your schedule. If you are missing a core course or an elective that you are looking to take, please complete the Schedule Change Form. This form will be used to track and change schedules up until August 27, 2025. Forms received after this date will be completed as we are able over the first two weeks of classes. Following the schedule change window, students will then be asked to complete the District add/drop form to change their schedule, this form is more in depth and will require signatures.

Students who are interested in completing an Independent Study volunteering with a teacher, should see Mrs. Roldan during the first week of classes to discuss their plan for Independent Study and complete the paperwork. These will be added once these steps are complete.

I hope to see you at Open House, so that I can share information regarding graduation requirements, individual meetings and pathways to graduation.

All fall athletes must be registered online!

We have simplified the registration process, and all waivers are now signed digitally! Please be sure to follow these steps to complete your registration and ensure that your student is registered for athletic participation:

Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)

You may create your account by clicking the link below.

Activate your Arbiter Registration account, from the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email. (Note: this email may go into your junk folder).

If you are having trouble creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging into it, you may contact support at 800-311-4060.

Once you have successfully created your account and are logged in, please click or scan the QR below to complete your registration:

Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email notification to let you know we have received your registration. Students MUST be registered and cleared to be eligible for participation.

You will receive a printout out of the information we currently have on record with SchoolTool.

This information is used daily and also is used for our mass communication system.

Please take a close look to make sure that phone types are correct:

(cell phone) can receive a text message

(home phone) rarely used for mass communication as we default to the text/email options

Please return these as soon as possible- drop them back in the mail, return at Open House,

or send in the first day of school with your student.
