Dear Tiger Families,
We are officially in the final countdown—just seven days left in the school year! What an incredible journey it has been.
This Friday, teachers will be sending home End-of-Year Assessment Data. The growth our students have experienced since the beginning of the year is truly remarkable, and it’s all thanks to the unwavering dedication of our amazing teachers and the hard work of Tiger students. We have truly grown 1% Better Every Day! When you review your child’s progress, please take a moment to celebrate the hard work and achievements together. They’ve earned it!
Looking ahead, STAAR results for our 3rd-5th Grade Tigers will be available starting June 17 through the Texas Assessment Family Portal.
As always, I am so honored and proud to lead our Tigers. Let’s finish the year strong!

LTHS Senior and WCHE Tiger, Michael Power, also received a WCHE PTO scholarship, but he was unable to attend the awards ceremony. We do have a copy of his senior picture, and it's shown to the left. We are so proud of him!

Our clinic has run out of small undies, pants, and shorts and would be happy to receive new or gently used items for boys and girls if you have any that you can send our way, please and thanks!

Dear Lake Travis ISD Parents/Guardians,
We are pleased to announce the opening of Returning Student Verification for the 2025-2026 school year. This process is required to be completed for all students who will be returning for the 2025-2026 school year. If your child will not be returning to Lake Travis ISD for the 2025-2026 school year, please contact your campus registrar and submit the appropriate withdrawal form.
To complete the Returning Student Verification process, the parent/guardian listed as the primary parent in Skyward should log into Skyward Family Access and click on the “Returning Student Verification 2025-2026” tile (refer to image below).
Please note, you will be required to verify and update information on your student, family, and residency. Current proof of residency documentation (fully executed lease agreement, signed closing documents, most recent property tax statement, mortgage statement, or property deed in parent's/guardian’s name), AND a current utility bill (water, electricity, or gas with parent's/guardian’s name) are a required portion of the online form.
While returning students are automatically enrolled for the coming school year, student information must be verified and/or updated annually. Therefore, the primary parent/guardian must complete the verification process for each child before August 1, 2025.
Once you have submitted the online form, the tile will no longer be available in Skyward Family Access under the student’s profile. You can view the online forms that have been submitted by navigating to 1. Main Menu > 2. Online Forms > 3. My Online Forms History (refer to image below).
The completion of this form assists your campus with planning for the 2025-2026 school year. We appreciate your participation!

It is that time of year again where we begin to work on our next school year schedule and class lists. The parent input form for the 25-26 school year is open! In making class assignments, our goal is to place each child in a class where he or she can be most successful.
A secondary goal is to also maintain a balance among classes in terms of gender, academic ability, disciplinary and social needs, learning styles, and individual needs of the students. All information shared is confidential and submitted electronically to West Cypress Hills Elementary administration.
We hope to make classroom assignments that will maximize the opportunity for your child’s success. If you have information you would like to have considered in your child’s placement, please complete and submit this form. Please limit your input to the way your child learns and any information we should consider.
No Worries! We can Replace SMART Tags
If your Tiger(s) lost part or all of the SMART Tag equipment, we are happy to replace them upon receipt of the cost to replace the missing or broken items. Just let our Receptionist, Mrs. Michelle Harper, know what needs to be replaced. She can accept payment by exact cash (sorry, we have zero change) or by check payable to WCHE. The price list is:
