Greek Mythology
We will explore the major gods, heroes, and stories of Greek mythology and consider what these myths reveal about ancient Greek beliefs and values.
I will identify key figures and events from Greek myths and explain what they show about how the Greeks understood the world and human nature.
STAAR Prep Editing and Revising/ Summarizing
We will practice answering STAAR-style editing and revising/ summarizing questions using fiction and nonfiction passages.
I will identify mistakes in grammar, punctuation, and wording and choose the revision that makes the writing clearer and more effective, and/ or choose the best summary of the text.
