Happy Birthday to You!
At Donelson Middle School, the library loves to recognize student birthdays. On each student's birthday, he or she will get to pick out a book to keep from our very own birthday bookshelf. We won't forget our June and July birthdays!
Technology
Make sure your student laptop is charged nightly and ready to go the next day. We have lots of important assignments to work on and assessments to complete, and we want to make sure each student has what he or she needs to be successful. If there are problems with the laptop, please let us know.
Book Check-Out
Our Donelson Middle School library is open for checkout! Students can check out up to three books at a time from our school library. We have thousands of books - check out our school library catalog below:

Mrs. Kmiec, School Librarian
My name is Mrs. Kmiec, and I love being the librarian at Donelson Middle School. This is my 22nd year in Metro-Nashville Public Schools. I've been a classroom teacher, a reading interventionist, and a literacy coach. My love for literacy inspired me to go back and earn my Library Sciences degree so I could keep advocating for readers!
