Scholastic Book Fair
We are excited to announce that our upcoming Book Fair will take place on the following dates:
• November 11 (Open during conferences, come visit us!)
• November 12-15
• November 18
To make the process easier for families, we are offering the Scholastic e-wallet option again this year! With e-wallet, there’s no need to worry about your child handling cash. Simply set up a digital account and we will be able to look it up at checkout using our Scholastic POS system. The other accepted form of payment is cash - if you choose to send cash, please send in an envelope with the students name, classroom, and amount inside.

Veteran's Day - November 11th
1st Grade Field Trip to Hershey Zoo and Chocolate World
Our first grade students enjoyed their time at the Hershey Zoo and Chocolate World! Below, Miss German's students pose for a photo at Chocolate World. We would like to thank our JSC PTO, along with all students and families who participate in PTO fundraisers. Our PTO sponsors each grade level field trip throughout the school year, and also provide t-shirts for each student at JSC! Roll Tide!

Community Connections
Pottsville Free Public Library Programs
Bring the kids to celebrate with Santa at the Pottsville Free Public Library's yearly Christmas Party! There will be crafts & treats & of course an opportunity to talk to Santa! Recommended for ages 3-11. Please register by calling 570-622-8880 ext 12, or emailing potchild@pottsvillelibrary.org. Party will be Tuesday, December 17th at 5:30. Please register by December 3rd.
