2025-2026 Re-enrollment
Re-enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year is here! We look forward to having your family continue to attend St. John’s School for the 2025-2026 school year. It is a blessing to partner with you in raising your children to fully embrace and fulfill the purpose God has planned for their lives.
Enrollment is a two-step process:
Watch for a personalized student enrollment email from TADS-Community Brands on January 9. Complete the online enrollment for 2025-2026 by logging in and navigating to the Enrollment Tab in the dashboard. Fill out all requested information.
Pay the enrollment fee via Blackbaud Tuition Management (https://enroll.blackbaud.school). The fee is $310 if paid by February 28 and increases to $360 on March 1. (Please note: Blackbaud Tuition Management has a $39 fee to set up the 2025-2026 account. Use the provided link rather than your parent login link.)

Science Bee: Denver Regional Tournament
Calling 5th-8th grade Students!
We are excited to announce that St. John’s will be hosting a Regional Championship on Saturday, February 1st! This will be an in-person, buzzer-based competition, similar to the practice sessions your students have been attending in class and after school. Students from across the area will be traveling to compete, which promises an exciting and competitive atmosphere. With several new schools joining this year, we anticipate a fantastic event!
Important Details:
Competition Format: Divided by grade level (e.g., 5th graders will compete only with other 5th graders).
Opportunities: The more competitors we have, the greater the chances for our students to qualify for the National Championships!
Note: Students may only compete in events for which they have qualified on the ORQE. If you’re unsure of your student’s qualifications, please feel free to reach out to Miss T directly.
Registration and Payment Information:
Cost: $51 per event (including fees).
Payment Deadline: Friday, January 17. Please send payment (cash or check payable to St. John’s) by this date to ensure your student’s registration.
Financial Assistance:
If the cost is prohibitive for your family, please don’t hesitate to email Miss T. We want all interested students to have the opportunity to participate, regardless of financial circumstances.
Registering your student:
If your student would like to participate, please forward the following information to Miss T. by Monday, January 13:
Student Name
Date of Birth
Parent/Guardian Name (first and last)
Parent/Guardian Email
Which event(s) your student will be competing in:
- National History Bee
- National Geography Bee
- National Science Bee
Miss T. will be submitting our school’s registration on Friday, January 17, to ensure we meet the competition deadline. For additional details, including the schedule and other information, please refer to this link.
Thank you for your support and encouragement as we prepare for this exciting event. We look forward to seeing our students shine at the Regional Championship!
St. John's Spelling Bee 2025
We’re excited to announce that the annual St. John’s Spelling Bee will take place on Wednesday, February 5, at 9:10 a.m. in the Worship Center. Participation is optional and open to 6th through 8th grade students.
If your child is interested in competing, please complete this form by Friday, January 24. This will help to identify the top spellers and an alternate for each grade level.
Once submissions are reviewed, more details will be communicated, including word lists and key dates, with students and parents.
If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to Mrs. Sheppard. We’re looking forward to another fantastic event!
Could You Be a Reading Rockstar?
We are thrilled to announce a new initiative at St. John’s School: Reading Rockstars! This exciting volunteer opportunity invites adults to support our younger students by listening to them read regularly during the school day. For many children, this extra practice is transformative—consistent reading builds confidence, boosts academic success, and lays the foundation for future achievement. Strong reading skills open doors to learning, growth, and life-long opportunities.
In 2025, we will be looking for volunteers to join this meaningful program. After the break, we will share more details on what’s involved and how you can sign up to be a Reading Rockstar. For now, we encourage you to prayerfully consider this opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of our students.

Chapel Offering Focus (January)
This December and January, we are collecting monetary donations for the Colorado Family Life Center in Aurora. This faith-based organization is dedicated to helping moms and dads raise their children in nurturing, loving, and safe ways.
Your generosity will make a meaningful impact on the lives of families in need. We also encourage you to involve your children in this act of giving by challenging them to contribute from their own savings. It's a wonderful opportunity to teach the value of compassion and sharing.
Thank you for considering a donation and for supporting this important cause.

Epiphany: A Celebration of Revelation
Epiphany is a cherished holiday that commemorates the revelation of Jesus, born on Christmas, as true God through His works, life, and resurrection. It is closely tied to the story of the three Magi, who followed the star to meet the Messiah. The star's appearance to the Magi revealed that Jesus, the Savior of Israel, was sent for all people. This celebration reminds us that the Great Light shining on us is meant for everyone.
