Good Morning,
Important Medication Pickup Notice
All medications kept at school must be picked up before the last day of school. Students are not allowed to take medications home themselves. Any medications left at school after the last student day will be disposed of.
If you cannot pick up your child’s medication by the last day, please contact the school nurse before the last day to make alternative arrangements.
For students attending the ESY (Extended School Year) program this summer:
Medications may remain in the nurse’s office and do not need to be picked up. Please email the WECC School Nurse at lianne.deluccarushton@weymouthps.org to notify her that your child is attending ESY and you plan to leave the medication in the health office.
Thank you for your cooperation!
Report Cards:
Report cards and progress notes will be released on Friday, June 20th. Check out this quick tutorial on how to login to Aspen, find your child’s report card as well as find your child’s Special Education progress report. The portal will be open to view these reports from Friday, June 20th until Friday, July 4th. You can choose to print the report or download and save the document to your computer.

Transportation:
For those families that have students transitioning to Kindergarten and will need information about transportation. https://www.weymouthschools.org/departments/transportation
Are you planning to leave Weymouth Public Schools at the end of this year? Please notify the office now so we can prepare your school records for transfer. School records are legal documents that require a signed release of records before we can share any information with the new school.
If you are moving within Weymouth, please make sure you submit proof of your new residence to the Registration office as soon as possible. Visit our website, www.weymouthschools.org, if you have questions about residency requirements. Your bus application request has to match your current address on file.
Change of Address:
It is important that we have your correct contact information! Please email the administrative assistant within 5 days of a change of address or change of telephone number. This information is important for communication as well as placement at a primary school as your child moves out of WECC. Kristen.clancy@weymouthps.org
Have a great weekend!
