IP Intro - EdPuzzle Required

Happy New School Year! We are sending this email to all students signed up for Independent Period (IP). Here is how IP works. All sophomores and students new to IP should go to the library for their IP period during the first week of school.

All students enrolled in IP have ONE required assignment due during the first week of semester. This is an 8-minute Edpuzzle video. The assignment is available in the IP Schoology Course. We encourage you to do this before August 25 so that you have all necessary information, especially attendance procedures. Please stop by the library circulation desk during your IP if you have any questions.

Looking forward to working with you this semester!

A key change for this school year is that students who qualify for free or reduced-price meals will receive the Device Protection Plan at no cost.

Families must submit a new application each school year.

Students may also be eligible for other reduced costs at KHS if you qualify. Use the button above to complete your application online!

A paper copy is attached below.

To teach, train, and develop 7 executive function skills:

If you would like to design the Senior Shirt, please drop your design in the link below.

It must have the slogan on it.

Built to be Legends, Class of 27"

We will vote as a class at the beginning of the school year.

Please have your design in by August 10!

If you would like a locker in the senior hallway, please use the button below! Once completed, you will be sent an email with your locker information.

Please take a moment to review the KSD attendance policy. We want to ensure a smooth senior year and look forward to working in partnership with you and your student while enforcing this policy.
